The tour starts around 9:30 a.m., when we pick you up from your hotel.

On the way through the mountains, you will visit an olive factory. There you can see how the famous Zakynthian olive oil is produced in the winter. Continue northwest, passing through the mountain village of Kiliomeno and on to the village of Kampi, with spectacular views over the cliffs and a magnificent view of the outstretched Ionian Sea.

The next stop will be at the caves in the north of the island.Here you can take an optional trip to the caves. Small boats will take you to the famous caves, which are riddled with hollows eroded by the sea. Blue light is reflected on the walls, making the experience truly magical and definitely worth seeing. Anyone not wishing to go out on the boats can relax on shore or take a quick dip. (There will be an extra charge per person for the boat trip.)

Next stop will be Anafonitria, where you will visit the famous monastery of St Dennis, the patron saint of the island.

Lunch will be in one of the traditional mountain villages.  You will have a shopping stop to sample and purchase various local produce. The bus will now cross over to the North East and head to the stunning photo stop in Katastari overlooking Alykes and beyond.

The last stop is Bochali where the remains of the old Venetian castle lie. Bochali is a popular spot with great views for the locals, especially on an evening where they can relax and meet up with friends.
